In our duplex nickel finishing process, we apply two layers of nickel, the first being semi-bright, and the second being bright. The process offers exceptional corrosion resistance because the bright nickel offers cathodic protection to the semi-bright nickel.
Our automated and manual plating lines provide both flexibility and high volume capabilities. These lines are stringently controlled and analyzed by the latest monitoring and laboratory equipment, while automated hoist and transfer systems allow for accurate, dependable and repeatable coating thicknesses.
